About MT-09 :
The model is made out of full size original four stroke, four cylinders used Diesel engine. Maximum parts and accessories like three cylinders, cylinder head, inlet and Exhaust manifolds, Fuel Injection pump, oil pump, Water pump, Fuel Filter, Injector, Self starter, Alternator etc. are sectioned to show the internal constructional details of engine. The working of individual part and accessories like Valves, Pistons, pumps, Crank and Camshaft, etc. can be demonstrated. This model is provided upto Flywheel and the model is mounted on a sturdy iron frame. The model is coupled to F.H.P 220/230V A.C. Motor, through a Reduction gear unit to get the slow speed rotation of the Flywheel and the engine around 15 to20 rpm.

  • About MT-10 :
    The model is made out of full size original four, four strokes used Diesel engine. Maximum parts and accessories like four cylinders, cylinder head, inlet and Exhaust manifolds, Fuel pump, oil pump, Water pump, Fuel Filter, Fuel Injection pump, injectors, self-starter, Altenator, etc are sectioned to show the internal constructional details of the engine. AF.H.P. 220/230V A.C. Motor is coupled through a Reduction drive unit to the engine by which the model can be demonstrated at very low speed of about 15 to 20 rpm.

    By running the engine, the working of individual parts and accessories like Crankshaft, Camshaft, Connecting rod, Pistons, Valves, different pumps, etc can be demonstrated.

    This model is provided upto Flywheel and complete engine is mounted on a sturdy iron frame.

    The model is made out of full size original four stroke, four cylinders used CRDI Diesel engine. Maximum parts and accessories like three cylinders, cylinder head, inlet and Exhaust manifolds, Fuel rotary pump, oil pump, Water pump, Fuel Filter, Injector, Self starter, Alternator, etc. are sectioned to show the internal constructional details of engine. The working of individual part and accessories like Valves, Pistons, pumps, Crank and Camshaft, etc. can be demonstrated. This model is provided upto Flywheel and the model is mounted on a sturdy iron frame. The model is coupled to F.H.P 220/230V A.C.     The model is made out of used single cylinder Diesel engine. Maximum parts such as piston, cylinder, cylinder head, inlet and Exhaust manifolds, Fuel Injection pump, oil pump, Fuel Filter, Injector, etc., are sectioned to show the internal constructional details of the engine. The working of individual parts and accessories like Valves, piston, pumps, Crank, Camshaft, etc., can be demonstrated. This model is fixed on a sturdy iron frame.

  • About MT-13
    The engine and gearbox assembly, sectioning of maximum parts an accessories like Cylinder, Cylinder Head, Valve ports, Gear box, housing, Oil sump, etc will be carried out to show the internal constructional details such as Piston, Piston rings, Valves, cam, connecting rod ,etc. the model will be mounted on stand. The above model will be painted with Spl Duco painting, Electroplating of hardwares will be carried out

    CUT SECTION MODEL OF TWO STROKE SINGLE CYLINDER ENGINE (WORKING);


  • About MT-14
    This model is made out of used BAJAJ engine, suitably sectioned to show the internal construction of the engine, gear box, clutch and rear wheel mechanism and the model is fitted on a sturdy iron frame. The complete internal details can be demonstrated by operating the kicker lever to show the working of the piston, sparks from the spark plugs can also be shown.
